  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including a URL.
  4. Your contact information (address, telephone, email).

2. Our response time

Valid notices are processed within 2 business days. Infringing material is removed expeditiously.

3. Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) to the same agent. It must include the same six elements above, plus a statement of consent to U.S. federal court jurisdiction.

4. Repeat-infringer policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), we terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A user receiving three valid takedown notices within a 12-month period will be permanently banned.

5. Misrepresentations

Knowingly material misrepresentation that content is infringing — or was removed by mistake — may subject you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

6. EU users

Notices for EU users should follow the format set out in Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). The same address above applies.
